June Club Meeting – German Wheat Beers
This Friday we will be discussing German hefeweizens, dunkelweizens and weizenbocks. We will be discussing brewing techniques related to these beers, share some recipes and taste some homebrewed and commercial examples. We will be doing some side by side tastings of different beers. Plastic cups will be available, but if possible bring three tasting glasses of your own. Feel free to bring your own homebrewed weizens to share at the meeting.
