Beer & Propane
Just barely on the heels on Beer and Sweat we’re already looking ahead to September… and that means BEER & PROPANE!
The club’s annual campout will be held the weekend of Sept 16-18 on Mike Schwartz’s property in Hillsboro. Friday night we will have the Barleywine Vertical (break out those dusty bottles!). Saturday will bring the brewout along with BBQ and Chili competition (non-sanctioned), with the secret ceremony and bonfire in the evening. Please RSVP to Ray if you plan on bringing an RV.

Beer And Sweat Entry Window Extended!
Due to an unexpected and premature software upgrade by the developer of the competition site, we’ve been experiencing some issues with entries not showing up/double entries, paid entries continuing to show as non-paid, etc.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
I have to manually mark paid entries as such and spent most of Thursday night doing so. Please double check your entries, their names, etc. If you have ANY issues email to: bblminister@fuse.net
Because of this I’ve added an extra day to the entry window. Registration now closes on Friday, Aug 12 at Midnight.
Beer and Sweat Volunteer Help Needed!
We are in need of volunteers to help work 2 hour shifts at the Raffle, Merch and Registration booths. In return for your efforts you’ll receive complimentary entry, tasting glass, pizza dinner (5pm~ish) and the right to command others to go fill your tasting glass! Please email to sign up for a shift.
Also, BBL members please note there is no monthly Fri meeting in Aug. In it’s place Beer and Sweat takes over your liver on Sat the 20th
