February Board Meeting Minutes
In Attendance: Dick M., Ray S., Ray G., Joe G., Phil M.

January board meeting minutes were approved.
March Board Meeting: Undecided. Chaos reigns. Board Approved.
Bockfest: Discussed that Bockfest is March 2nd and the website is open and entries are being accepted. A volunteer is needed to coordinate BBL efforts for the Bockfest parade, Joe G. to send out an email to membership.
Cincy Beerfest: Received confirmation that the BBL does have a booth for Cincy Beerfest, volunteers are needed to work the booth.
Garagemahal: Group brew is Feb 23, need John Z. to confirm that the club brewing system is operational.
March Meeting: Discussed the March meeting topic of “March Beer Madness”, Ray G. to reach out to contacts to find a coordinator to run it – Joe G. to remind Ray G. to reach out to contacts to find a coordinator to run it.
Brewing Class: Listermann’s is holding an all grain brewing class on Tuesday February 12th, Joe G. to send email to membership.
Ray S. received word that the Moerlein Lager House is planning a competition for sometime in May, more information to follow.
Financials: Phil M. announced that he had filed and the IRS had accepted the club’s 990-N form for 2013.
Membership: Discussed that if a member’s spouse is interested in joining the club that they are already covered as long as the member has a valid membership. All the club needs is their name and an email address to update the membership list.
