Back to basics...

• Bring your favorite homebrew to share!

• Spend up to 5 minutes telling us why it's your favorite

• Share any special ingredients you use, print copies of your recipe and share if you wish

• What techniques do you use (BIAB / Extract / AG, Decoction, Mash & Ferm temps, Yeast choices, Ferm vessel, hopping methods)

• Anything you might want to explore and do differently

• Sample and feedback from members

RULES ABOUT THIS VENUE:

• HOMEBREW IS ALLOWED - keep it simple and semi-discreet - must stay in the back room

• NO OUTSIDE COMMERCIAL BEER CAN BE BROUGHT IN

• CAN BUY COMMERCIAL BEERS ON SITE - they have ~15 taps and it would be awesome to support WOM since Paul the Bartender is staying to close for us!

• LAST CALL IS 9PM - and we have to be out by 9:45

• CAN bring in food if you wish
