It's not too early to start planning for winter!  On June 15th, our club meeting topic will be "How to Brew a Winter Warmer".  Bryan Evenson will be discussing the brewing choices for this complex style.  This will be in support of Bloatarian entries for Cass River Homebrew Club's Santa's Special competition at the end of December.

We will also be judging for the Humble Monk Tap Takeover!  The winner of this event will brew their beer with Allen Moellman on Humble Monk's pilot system.  Their beer will go on tap at a later date.  Any beer styles are accepted except for aged or sours.  Bring your homebrew to the meeting and have it ready to go by 7:15 PM for it to be judged.
