Treasurer’s Report: We have some money, still. Reimbursements made to Rob W for Bockfest.

We will be hosting a belated National Homebrew Day on May 20 with Randy @ Wooden Cask. He will be offering wort for take-home fermentation for sale at $10 per 5 gallons. BYO container to collect and transport your wort. NO GLASS CONTAINERS!
Come and brew in the parking lot, come hang out and share some homebrews!

Same setup as last year. Changing entry fees to $10 per, no volume discounts.
Sarah has the donation letters to send out. Bryan to contact Sarah to discuss needs and status.
Will have a limited shuttle booked for hotel transportation - on the hour from 9-11.
Wanting to add a third side option for dinner.
Camping on site for free, $10 for camper electric hookups (110 only)
Judging will be done on the new web-based software

Other Business
Missing Linck Fest – Saturday June 2 – Need volunteer to be head of homebrew booth to coordinate workers to work a booth promoting the club and homebrewing (grain and hop samples, brochures, etc).
Judging will be done Friday night separate of the festival.
Mike @ Humble Monk wants to have a recurring “homebrewer series” and featuring local hombrewers recipes.
Slack for club communications implemented. Officers have been using it. Will be sharing to the club to open up further.
We want to have a meeting around brewing Winter Warmers to support the Cass River Homebrewing Competition.
