JULY 2023 BOARD MINUTES

Meeting started at 7:15 PM on Jerry’s Back Porch
Beer & Sweat
Same setup as last year. Changing entry fees to $10 per, no volume discounts.
Sarah provided a list of sponsors and status of the list.
Discussed shirt colors, tasting cups, and judge gifts.
Discussed who can do pickups and stop in to local breweries to ask for donations
Can we ask Sarah to help us divide and conquer – assign everyone 5 places to contact?
Printing from the system - Andy to look into printing tap assignments. Should be easy from the new system
Ice, water, porta-potties, and reefer truck all on order. (Ray & Jer)
Use BBL tap handles for first place instead of glasses. Wayne tor Keith to call Trophy Awards and ask about a small plaque to place on each for first place. Andy has art done for medals and BOS.
Will have a limited shuttle booked for hotel transportation - on the hour from 9-11.
