September Bored Meeting and Esoteric Sneak Peek
The September board meeting, in addition to being moved to the second Monday of the month due to Labor Day, is paired with a special event - a sneak peek of Esoteric Brewing Co. Due to limited space, this board meeting is limited to current BBL members and is capped at 20 attendees in addition to the board. If you are interested in attending, please register using this link to the RSVP form. Spots will be reserved in the order of responses received, and you will be notified by email to let you know if you are on the list of attendees or on the wait list.

German-American Citizens' League German Day Event & Raffle
Help celebrate German Day Week, which celebrates the German heritage of the Greater Cincinnati area, and serves as a fundraiser for the German Heritage Museum. The GACL will offer hourly raffle prizes throughout the day, and a grand raffle at 5:30 p.m. This year’s German Day Grand Prize consists of a dinner party for 30 at the Hofbräuhaus (excluding beverages).
German-American Citizens' League German Day Kickoff Parade
On Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. the parade and opening ceremonies will take place at the historic Findlay Market, featuring representatives of area German-American societies, as well as the German heritage of the Market. This will include performances by German dance and music groups as well. (Note: End time may not be accurate, no information available about duration of event.)

Beer & Deer Summer Kickoff Party
The Westendorf’s are once again hosting their annual kickoff-the-summer party with beer and deer jerky from 2 p.m. until, well, whenever! Bring food and beer to share, and a chair. Rob guarantees a great time and a free pint glass to anyone who shows up. Please note: You must leave with the same number of children as you brought with you.
Bloat Open Brewing Competition @ Norwood Community Center
Taking the place of our monthly meeting, the Bloat Open is a competition for current-on-dues BBL members only. Get your entries in! Registration closes at 11:55 p.m. on Friday, May 10th.

Also tapping on Saturday is Biere de Hark, a a Biere de Garde collab brewed at Brink with your BBL Prez, Andy Melchers.
The Trail Comes Alive: Brewing Heritage Trail Grand Opening Weekend
Experience the first phase of the Brewing Heritage Trail, as the newly installed signage comes alive with costumed reenactors, beer brewing demonstrations, breweriana displays, kids activities, and more. The event is free, but a special VIP ticket gets you bonus access to a historic saloon, the historic Hudepohl brewery, and a bar in the bowels of the Schmidt Bros/Crown brewery cellars and tunnels along with a special limited edition souvenir. Event is 11A-4P.

Brewing Heritage Trail Grand Opening
Join us to cut the ribbon on the first portion of the Brewing Heritage Trail in the heart of the Brewery District at Grant Park. Celebrate after at the Christian Moerlein Malthouse taproom. Event is free and open to all.
A Toast to the Trail Dinner: Brewing Heritage Trail Grand Opening Weekend
A gala dinner at the Woodward Theater, celebrate with dinner, drinks, silent auction, and a program of speakers MC’d by Dan Hurley sharing the story of why and how the Trail was built. Your ticket includes dinner, two drink tickets, and special limited edition souvenir. Doors open at 6:15P with dinner at 7P and program at 8P.

Join us for our bi-annual Name That Beer event.
Bockfest Parade
Join us as we represent the Bloatarian Brewing League in the opening parade of the 27th Annual Bockfest! (Yes, someone actually lets us participate in a public parade. Miracles do happen.) We gather outside of Arnold’s Bar & Grill starting at 5:00pm, and parade-like movement begins at 6:00pm.
Brink for a Cause
Join Roxanne on February 26th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brink Brewing Co. as she partners with Brink through their Brink for a Cause series to raise money for her beloved local Georgia Tech alumni network’s annual freshman scholarship.
